Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgentHQ (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. The Service is provided to sales agents and offices of participating Independent Sales Organizations ("ISOs") for the purpose of managing merchant portfolios and commission information.

2. Accounts and Access

Access to the Service is by invitation from a participating ISO. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or terminate access at any time at the request of the sponsoring ISO or where we reasonably believe the Service is being misused.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes related to your role with the sponsoring ISO. You agree not to: (a) share your access with unauthorized persons; (b) attempt to access data belonging to other agents, offices, or organizations; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or (d) reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any portion of the Service.

4. Data and Confidentiality

The Service contains confidential business information, including merchant data, transaction summaries, and commission details. You agree to treat all information accessed through the Service as confidential and to use it only as permitted by your agreement with the sponsoring ISO and applicable law, including applicable card network rules.

5. Accuracy of Information

Commission statements, residual calculations, and related figures presented in the Service are provided for informational purposes. While we work to keep information accurate and current, the controlling figures are those set out in your agreement with your ISO. If you believe any figure is inaccurate, contact your ISO representative.

6. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
