This Privacy Policy describes how AgentHQ ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our platform. AgentHQ is a business tool provided to sales agents and offices of participating Independent Sales Organizations ("ISOs").

We collect: (a) account information you or your ISO provide, such as your name and email address; (b) business data supplied by your ISO and payment processors, such as merchant activity and commission information; (c) usage information, such as login times and IP addresses, used for security and audit purposes; and (d) information you submit through our contact form.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to operate and secure the Service, display your merchant portfolio and commission statements, send service-related emails (such as account verification and notifications), respond to inquiries, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

4. Sharing

Information is shared with your sponsoring ISO as necessary to provide the Service, and with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as cloud hosting and email delivery providers), under obligations of confidentiality. We may disclose information where required by law.

5. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information in our care, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal, accounting, and reporting requirements. Business records such as commission statements may be retained per the sponsoring ISO's record-keeping obligations.

7. Your Choices

You may request access to or correction of your account information by contacting your ISO representative or using our contact form. Requests are subject to the sponsoring ISO's role as the business owner of the underlying data.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
